Courses

All my courses are available in a face to face, virtual and digital format.  The digital option is provided to you for 12 months and can be accessed on your laptop, your tablet and even your phone!!!  As they are short videos on specific topics you can listen to them whenever you want, however many times you want and more importantly wherever you are, sitting in the car before you go and see the tenant, in the office, in the bath (sorry that's not likely but...).  Where provided live (virtually or face to face), officers are provided with the slide deck.
