Tenancy Management - Rights and Responsibilities

A necessity for all Housing Managers but I'd argue anyone working for a Social Landlord.

This course covers tenants' rights as they apply to the nature of tenure they enjoy from Right to Improve, Right to Assign, Mutual Exchange, Succession, etc.

It also goes through tenant responsibilities and focuses on ensuring they have the ability to meet those responsibilities.  Where they may not, it gives an overview of what needs to be done where there are issues including around paying rent, their behaviour and the condition of the property.

Delivered over a day, this course is currently only available in a live format, either face to face or virtually although a digital version will hopefully be developed soon.
