Section 20 Consultation - Leasehold 

'Consultation' is not the work I would have used, let's put it that way.  

This course is for all those working with leaseholders where work is required to repair, renew and improve, if allowed, property you own that's occupied by Leaseholders.

It takes you through the legal procedure required and considers common pitfalls and issues, including the role of insurance and permissions to improve.

Developed for anyone working in Leasehold Services, as well as those responsible for the delivery of Responsive Repairs, Planned Maintenance and Asset Management.

Delivered over a day, this course is currently only available in a live format, either face to face or virtually although a digital version will hopefully be developed soon.
