Tenancy Enforcement and Anti-Social Behaviour

Sometimes it's very difficult to differentiate between what is a tenancy management issue and what is anti-social behaviour.  The aim of this course is to identify behaviour that is or could be anti-social and what officers need to consider, before taking action and what action would be appropriate and commensurate with the behaviour being experienced by a resident and/or the community.

As with many of my courses, specific consideration will be given to the abilities of the residents in terms of their capacity and their human rights, but also countering that against the human rights of the community.

It looks at what action may be necessary and who should take it, to be effective in tackling anti-social behaviour.

This course is for all Officers working in Social Housing but specifically Housing Managers or those dealing with low level anti-social behaviour as well as ASB Teams.

Delivered over a day, this course is currently only available in a live format, either face to face or virtually although a digital version will hopefully be developed soon.
