Domestic Abuse Act 2021 and Social Housing

I passionately believe this training is for all involved with homelessness, the allocation and management of housing.

This training takes officers through the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 and its implications for delivery within social housing.

However, it also considers the different types of abuse that can occur and, following her amazing book, examining over 400 intimate partner homicides, Jane Monckton-Smith's 'Homicide Timeline' which enables officers to identify signs of abuse and what potential stage the abuse has reached to help inform them as to what approach they should take.

This half day course is currently only available in a live format, whether virtually or face to face.  A digital form of this course is currently being developed.
