Relationship Breakdown from a Housing Perspective

This course is for both those dealing with homelessness, administration of Housing Waiting Lists, allocation of housing stock and Housing Officers dealing with day to day management of tenants.

The course looks at what rights couples have on divorce or, where not married or just separating, when they split up and how that can affect their security of tenure across all forms of housing.

Delivered over half a day, this course is currently only available in a live format, either face to face or virtually although a digital version will hopefully be developed soon.
