You don't want to know how many forms of tenure there are in social housing - well actually you should do!

From Introductory to Fixed Term, Secure and Assured to Demoted, Affordable to Rent Act Protected, there's so many and they all come with different rights and different ways in which they should be managed.

The aim of this course is to walk you through all the above tenures and more, identifying your responsibilities, your rights as well as tenants rights and responsibilities.

Delivered over a day, this course is currently only available in a live format, either face to face or virtually although a digital version will hopefully be developed soon.
